We have restricted business users from modifying any customer data except customer contact details through auth groups which is working fine. Now we want to allow users to enter the customer details by going to XD02 international version only and can modify/enter customer address details. But since we have restricted the initial screen of XD02 its also restricting international version for users. Kindly advice if there is any way we can close the regular screen of XD02 from making changes and only allow users to enter/modify the Address maintenance: Maintain Version "Intl. Version". Would be happy to share more information.
F_LFA1_GEN Vendor: Central Data
This authorization object controls which activities are permitted for
the general data. The general data is from the fields that are
independent of the company code or the sales organization.
F_LFA1_GRP Vendor: Account Group Authorization
You use this authorization object to specify which activities are
permitted for the individual account groups.
Using the above we restricted XD02 regular screen which is also restricting international version which we want to open.
