Authroization As Per SAP License Type

HI ALL EXPERT,

We have Facing issue while assigned t-code to end user,  we have SAP  Limited Professional  & SAP Employee User License Type

Kindly suggest us functionally as per Licence type 

We have issue on few  point 

1. Can we allow authorization all material Management Reports (SAP Path>> T code SAP1 >> Material Management) to User Purchases / Buyers. to SAP  Limited Professional

2. Can we all Z Transaction code Reports and transaction authorization  to SAP  Limited Professional

3. Can we allow cross module Reports rights along with Z Reports to SAP Employee User
